The IKEA Family/IKEA Business Leader contributes to establishing IKEA as the preferred choice in the local market and to driving growth and long term profitability for the store. By converting IKEA visitors to IKEA FAMILY members, and when relevant into IKEA BUSINESS members we secure a long term relationship that ensures that our customers return more frequently to our store and webpage. Next to that, you will also focus on activating existing members linked to our loyalty program.
- Take overall responsibility for the implementation of the IKEA FAMILY & IKEA BUSINESS loyalty programs in our store in order to maximize their potential: attracting and recruiting IKEA FAMILY and IKEA BUSINESS members, actively working to retain them and making sure that there are many good reasons for members to come to the store by identify with our Home Furnishing Solutions. - Understand the members’ life at home and at work in order to develop long-term relationships with our customers. You use IKEA FAMILY and IKEA BUSINESS members’ shopping behavior and customer feedback to ensure we are relevant to their needs and choices so that we can better match their expectations now and in the future. - Support the Department Head Market Relations in planning and coordinating the implementation of the store marketing and sustainability plans.
