We are looking for an Customer Fulfilment Sourcing Developer in fulltime.

Your responsibilities

You are passionate about understanding the IKEA business and customer needs to influence improvement of the business with focus on customer satisfaction. You enjoy applying a strategic, tactical and operational approach for analysing business opportunities from customer/market perspective and are inspired by challenging situations. Naturally you share the IKEA vision, values and culture
For this role you have an education in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant working experience.
You bring 2-4 years working experience in a sourcing environment and experience in developing business development roadmaps, contract management, negotiations, business analysis and project management.
You have knowledge in following areas:

• Sourcing logistic solutions in an omni-channel environment (Last-Mile logistics, warehousing operations and installation/assembly/rental service)
• Supply chains in international corporations
• Supplier relationship management as well as stakeholder management
• Legislation and regulations governing the logistics fulfilment industry in Germany
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• Market & industry intelligence
• Financial competence
• Knowledge of relevant IT solution landscapes associated with sourcing and service fulfilment.
• Excellent English and German language skills

About this work area

The purpose of the role is to take direct responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:

• Make capacities available for Customer Fulfilment whenever and wherever needed
• Secure long-term development and growth
• IKEA as a preferred partner
• Alternative fuel development

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Securing long term sourcing development and implementation for customer fulfilment capacities.
• Leading assigned sourcing activities, projects and initiatives.
• Building market intelligence, for the development of sourcing options, for the development of a healthy pool of potential service partners and for long-term supplier relationship development.
• Securing seamless cooperation with a customer-centric, collaborative, end-to-end and process-oriented mind-set towards both market and group functions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda is included in all aspect of the business directly connected to and influenced by Strategic Sourcing.
