Who you are
• You bring a high affinity for and extensive professional experience in working with strategic communication, strategic business planning and/or business leadership
• You have strong leadership skills with experience leading in change, and solid experience working with crisis communication
• Your experience with strategic communication and brand positioning - both internal and external –, public affairs and stakeholder management is bold
• You possess strong retail industry understanding and experience as well as solid business and commercial planning knowledge
• You are characterized by strong Digital communication skills (Social Media, digital platforms and approaches) with an good understanding of Public Affairs area
• You can lead multiple functions with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks
• Developing virtual and other collaborative relationships is your personal strength to facilitate current and future objectives, and hold coaching and facilitation skills
• You have high understanding about Crisis communication Management and reactive and proactive processes
• Your English is excellent
A day in your life with us
• You lead and develop an impactful communication strategy, action plan (including Public Affairs) in the market, both internally and externally, and secure that communication is used as a strategic tool for leading and developing business and people
• You are responsible for leading communication performance, evaluation and follow-up in the market
• You represent communication in the country management team, leveraging strategic functional expertise while acting as strategic business partner to the Country Manager
• Furthermore, you are responsible to develop & lead the crisis communications approach & key messages, while supporting other spokespeople
• You act as spokesperson for Ingka in the market and securing other effective spokespeople in the market through briefing and training
• In close collaboration with other key contributors, you will drive growth and brand positioning towards target groups
• You enable effective internal communication and engagement, and create prerequisites for our co-workers, in all legal entities, to be our best ambassadors

This job is located in our Service Office/ Head Office of IKEA Germany in Hofheim-Wallau between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main.
