'- You're ready to take part in this new IKEA adventure in a unique city centre store, mainly dedicated to accessories and decoration. - You have a pragmatic mind, combined with the ability to analyze figures and you are customer-oriented. - You are able to set priorities, delegate responsibilities and motivate a team through clear communication. - You are flexible, quick and simple to work with and you are able to work in a fast and straightforward manner to achieve the objectives set for you. - You don’t mind working in the first or last hours of the day. - You have already experienced working in a very dynamic commercial or logistical environment with high volume management. - Being able to communicate in English is a plus. - You are able to communicate in French (spoken and written).
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
'- With the support of the Logistics Department Manager, you lead the team of experts in physical flows and replenishment as well as the flow employees, i.e. around 30 people. Your team guarantees the availability of products to customers at the best possible cost. - You help develop the business plan. - You plan, organize and supervise goods flow, from reception to store restocking, in order to always have enough stock to meet customer demand. - You are responsible for the daily efficiency of the flows (inventory and filling of the store before opening). - You make sure that your team is aware of and complies with all health, safety and environmental regulations. - You help to identify and develop talent within the team.
