Assignment:
Responsible to lead and represent Sales function in all Customer Meeting point establishment and other projects. Play a lead role in briefing, planning and compilation of design specifications. Secure a successful implementation that meets IKEA conceptual standards, optimal commerciality and operational readiness within the time plan and budgets.
Purpose of the Role:
- Ensure a strong commercial execution of the briefing documentation.
- Provide functional expertise of the assigned sales area using coaching to leaders and co-workers throughout all phases of the project.
- Secure the sales and commercial priorities are implemented in the Customer Meeting Point, to reach agreed goals and KPIs for the CMP.
- Contribute to a smooth shopping experience with an end to end approach.
- Secure an understanding of all standards, working methods and tools to ensure continues improvements in ways of working and return of investments.
- Contribute to deliver agreed results for multiple projects.
- Contribute to regular progress reports to the key stakeholders and Commercial Team and act on deviations.
- Organise checkpoints and sign offs with involved stakeholders.
- Development of best practices.
- Stay updated with the IKEA concept, mandatories, functional review and legal standards.
- Support in sales needs for the function as required.
- Be co-ordinated among all functions with expansion and establishment department
