Job description

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience including experience in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, co-worker relation and/or business partner .
• Experience from a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects, fluent English.
• Experience of leading team and organization, demonstrates ability and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks.
• Knowledge of how to create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA.
• Knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers and employers, and how to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government.
• Knowledge of cultural equality, diversity & inclusion in the workplace as well as how to integrate equality, diversity & inclusion into all business practices.
• Knowledge of how to cascade communication to audiences and stakeholders, ensure clear and transparent message delivery within IKEA.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of country co-worker relation frames, HR policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and secure implementation and follow up.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labor risk evolving internally or externally that could create negative impact for IKEA.
• Lead and follow up on IKEA’s employment standards and compliance in all units.
• Lead and develop the health and well-being framework.
• Co-creates with the Group Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Center of Expertise, to establish a solid Equality, Diversity & Inclusion approach.
• Implements Group Equality, Diversity & Inclusion agenda in the local organisation and contributes in other projects related to Equality in the country.
