About the job

Reporting to the Graphics Communication Manager, you will support the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In)

Department in creating inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and providing effective range presentation and store communication within the Store to inspire our visitors based on local consumers demographic and needs.

Your assignment

  • Plan, create and implement graphic communication and create visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker area.
  • Analyze CSI, Brand Capital and other visitor feedback and use these insights to improve our visitors’ store experiences and support the commercial priorities.
  • You will take a leading role in supporting with sales, logistics and IKEA Food and Beverage to present the range in the most commercial, inspiring and aesthetic way; and also supporting Customer Relations in uplifting the in-store shopping experience and our IKEA how-to-shop communication.
  • Stay up to date with knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise visitors with a strong visual impression.

  • You are creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, hands-on and well-versed in relevant software (e.g. Adobe creative suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier pro).
  • You have experience working in a design-orientated role with a focus on customer’s needs and dreams.
  • You have passion and knowledge of home furnishing retail, able to express the brand identity and ensure effective range presentation.
  • You have strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are a team player and have interest to progress to a leadership role in future.
