WHO YOU ARE
• You have a strong background in financing or controlling with proven strong analytical and numerical skills • Preferably you have experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment • You are an experienced leader with a track record of developing teams • you lead by example by always acting upon and standing up for our IKEA values • You can manage a variety of activities in parallel, having both a holistic view and an eye for details • You can communicate fluently in German & English in a clear yet inspiring way
• In the Role of BNOM (Business Navigation & Operations Manager) your are part of the Store Management Team and will lead a team of today three specialists • You navigate the growth of IKEA retailing and steer the business towards sustained long-term profitability by analyzing business information and identifying business opportunities • You Drive and coordinate the financial budgeting process and secure that the financial dimensions are aligned with the store challenges and priorities • You are responsible for coordinating updated forecasts throughout the year and for securing that the costs are in line with goals • You lead the store Business Plan process together with the store manager and management team and proactively working with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience in our different touch points to provide relevant insight • Together with the commercial team you identify commercial opportunities and promote the use of business case thinking when evaluating and acting on these • Together with the Unit Business Risk & Compliance Leader you provide a safe and secure environment for our customers, suppliers and co-workers by implementing relevant rules and guidelines

In the heart of Vienna, the IKEA Westbahnhof city-store answers the urban customers’ needs and provide an omni-channel shopping experience. The store represents new retail direction and answers modern city customers needs. The site is in a very attractive retail location, connected to the train station Vienna Westbahnhof and full public transportation network. The store measures 18.000 m2 on 7 floors and the buildings host a hostel on the top two floors with direct connection to IKEA Food and rooftop terrace. The store is supported by a fully automated Warehouse Storage system within the building as well as other modern technology.

For this position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 4.800 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
